The Luxurious Right Bank

The same stores on the right as on the left, but not at all the same, the targets aren't the same :

-  Right bank is more bling bling because it's very touristy

- Left bank + academic, intellectual side

Which groups do the luxury brands belong to?

The world of luxury is very diverse, making people dream so that they buy underneath, i.e. during a fashion show, the clothing brands want customers to buy ready-to-wear.

During construction work, the brands take up space right next to their stores.

Artcurial is an auction house that sells very expensive modern art. The building belongs to the d'Assaut family.

Dolce Cabana: one of the few independent Italian brands, as French brands are unable to remain independent.

Ralph Laurent has a Left Bank restaurant with meats sourced directly from Ralph Lauren's American ranch.

Fendi has 2 boutiques, 1 ready-to-wear and the other general, so not the same customers.

After selling his shares, Hubert de Givenchy was furious because they didn't respect the brand's DNA, which is casual chic, the little black dress and beautiful fabrics.

Dior d'avenue Montaigne has a museum and a restaurant inside. When you buy something, you have to have an exclusive customer experience, and this is true of all luxury brands. There's a suite, an apartment, or you can't get in just because you buy a lot all the time. Chopard did the same thing, it opened a hotel but no one can know that the exclusives because no emails, no numbers, you can only have access if you buy a 4 million jewel you can potentially be invited to the hotel. Bvlgari has also created hotels to innovate the customer experience.

Those who come to buy on avenue Montaigne come for the peace and quiet, because on the Champs Elysées everyone queues up, whereas on avenue Montaigne they don't, because it's those who want discretion and it's the tourists who go out onto the Champs Elysées.

Not everything can be found without other boutiques, as it's the boutique manager who chooses what's in his store and what's good for his clientele.

Why are there 2 coats of arms on the sides of Cartier boutiques?  The principality of Monaco, because they supply the princely family of Monaco, and the other the coat of arms of the imperial family. Cartier also invented the wristwatch.
